The company was founded in 1977, the factory is located in Dongshan Township, Yilan County, Taiwan Province, specializing in the manufacture of ordinary aluminum electrolytic capacitors. Through the concerted efforts of colleagues, the second factory was established in 1992 in Zhaoqing City, Guangdong Province, specializing in manufacturing horns and bolted aluminium electrolytic capacitors. In 1996, a third factory was set up in Pingshan New Area, Shenzhen City, specializing in manufacturing miniature and ultra-small aluminum electrolytic capacitors to meet customer requirements. The company's "Baodao" aluminium electrolytic capacitors are mainly aimed at customers in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and the "REC" brand is mainly aimed at overseas customers. The two factories set up by our company in the mainland belong to the nature of "three to one" and can not be shipped directly to the mainland. In order to better expand the business in mainland China, Shenzhen Meiji Semiconductor Co., Ltd. was established in August 2010 to specialize in the sales of electronic components. In October 2010, Toshiba Toshiba TOSHIBA Semiconductor Components was awarded full-line agency in China. Our company has passed the ISO 9001 (2000) certification of Bell Company in January 2003. Due to the importance of international environmental protection issues, all materials used by the company conform to EU regulations and pass the SGS test.
In order to enhance the competitiveness of the international market, a number of fully automated production equipment and testing instruments have been added, from raw materials into the factory to finished products, and through the active development of leading technology, the pursuit of the most perfect cooperation with customers. Under the quality policy of pursuing zero shortcomings and with ISO-9001 quality system management, all colleagues continuously improve technology, quality and service to meet customer expectations.
Our strengths:
1. Taiwan-funded enterprises, originating from Japanese technology, use Japanese standards as capacitors.
In 1961, the boss studied at Waseda University in Japan. After graduation, he worked as a technology engineer for Black Diamond Capacitor in Japan. After more than 10 years of hard work, he finally became the chief backbone engineer. In 1977, he returned to Taiwan to set up his own factory.
2. Independent R&D team can redesign capacitors with unique parameters, performance and size according to the special requirements of customers in different industries.
For example, UPS, industrial power customers prefer capacitors with high voltage withstanding; lighting industry customers prefer capacitors with super long life; camera flash industry customers prefer capacitors with super fast instantaneous discharge; power amplifier industry requires filtered capacitors with thorough cleanliness.
3. Provide high cost-effective capacitors for customers according to their product quality requirements and cost budget.
A. If customers need capacitors with imported quality and cheaper price than imported products, we will choose imported materials.
B. If customers need high cost performance products, we use imported materials for key materials and domestic materials for other materials.
C. If the customer requests general quality and low price, the domestic raw materials will be selected.
4. Adopt the most advanced imported production equipment in the world, and the whole production process does not need manual intervention.
We use Italian Arco winding machine, Taiwan Shihong winding machine, Japan Shangmun cutting machine, Taiwan Shige set machine, etc.
5. The charging and aging equipment specially designed for Hei Jingang is imported from Japan. Surge voltage, current and magnetic field can be set according to different capacitor voltage, capacitance value and working environment temperature. The worst operating environment can be simulated and individual defective products can be produced.
6. Good quality comes from good materials and high standards
A. All the time, our capacitors are made according to Japanese standards.
B, the key materials on our capacitors are all Japanese: positive foil is made of Japanese JDK and Taiwan Fuqi, starfish, Kwangtung, Zhonghe; cover board is made of Japanese baekou; electrolyte is made of Japanese Suzuki and Fuji; electrolyte paper is made of Japanese NKK and Dafu, German SPO, American MHD and the best made in China - Kane; aluminium shell is made of Taiwan's Angeli and Fudaming.
7. The boss was an alumnus when he was studying in Japan and the president of Toshiba Corporation before, so we also act as an agent for the whole series of electronic components of Toshiba Corporation.
